Northwest Pennsylvania Spinners and Weavers Guild
We are a group of about 50 spinners and weavers from northwest PA, eastern OH and southwest NY dedicated to the promotion of, education and interest in the arts of spinning, dyeing, weaving and fiber related techniques. The purpose of this organization shall be to promote education and interest in the art of spinning, dyeing, weaving and fiber related techniques.

The Otter Creek Store is a small gift and yarn shop housed in a cozy old fashion brick store front across the street from the Mercer County Courthouse in beautiful Mercer, Pennsylvania. We have the largest selection of imported and domestic knitting yarns in Midwestern Pennsylvania. We are the only store in the area that sells Louet spinning wheels, Beka looms and mill end cone yarns and other supplies for spinners and weavers. We offer lessons, free patterns, lots of free help.

Bonnie Triola Yarns -We specialize in providing quality yarns at excellent prices for hand knitters, weavers, and machine knitters. Our offerings include our own line of natural and synthetic fibers, designer close-out fibers, and yarns from Silk City & Tamm. We are a mail order only company.

Small Farmer's Journal - A small family-held company doing business in agricultural periodical and book publishing, natural farming and stock raising, alternative farm research/inquiry, horsedrawn implement research & development, horsedrawn equipment sales, and related education.

Mid Atlantic Fiber Association - MAFA is a non-profit organization supporting the fiber arts. MAFA is dedicated to educating and promoting participation in the Fiber Crafts among its member guilds and to encouraging public interest in hand-weaving and related activities.
